Karylo AI provides artificial intelligence-powered receptionist and call handling services ("Services") designed to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, and perform related tasks on behalf of our clients.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscription and Pricing
3.1. Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers.
3.2. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you.
3.3. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
3.4. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
4. Use of Services
4.1. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6.1. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
6.2. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
6.3. AI-generated responses are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, and content, belong to Karylo AI or our licensors.
7.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KARYLO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8.2. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karylo AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
10.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10.2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
10.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
